My name is Willy Wonka (A026439), and I am a very special boy! I was found by a Good Samaritan after getting in to a tangle with a cactus- after all the quills were removed, he noticed I was still walking a little funny. The nice vet staff at Bernalillo County checked me out and think I was born this way (which is my favorite Lady Gaga song!) I have balance issues, and trouble focusing, but I make up for it in sweetness! I am also deaf! So I have the loudest meow around (I don’t know that I’m yelling!).
