Otto (A1791729) is 9 years old and was surrendered because his mom could no longer care for him. Otto is sooooooo affectionate, it is almost overwhelming how much love he gives. Lots of head butting and butterfly kisses, he even tries to nestle into your neck. He is very vocal and curious about his surroundings.
