Drake came to the shelter as a stray pup and spent 7 months in a kennel. He paced in circles in his cage and was placed on the euthanasia list for suffering from kennel stress. As he was being walked to the euthanasia room a volunteer asked shelter staff not to proceed, she would adopt Drake. We have had Drake for three years and he is an amazing hiker and camper. He loves his 5 canine brothers and sisters, all adopted from the Animal Welfare Department. Drake is the most loyal and loving dog on the planet. We are so fortunate to have such a wonderful family pet that gets along with everyone.
